Future will soon be passed

As I just said, I've got a new book coming out in about ten days. To clear the shelves, and to thank blog readers, I've got a few hardcover copies of my last book, The Future of Ideas, that I'll happily send to anyone who makes a contribution of at least $5 to Creative Commons. To qualify for this special offer, either click on the PayPal logo, or send a check to Creative Commons at 559 Nathan Abbott Way, Palo Alto, CA 94305. If you'd like the book defaced with my signature, then send an email after you order to llynch at stanford.edu.

So . . . umm . . . do your foreign (i.e. Canadian) readers need to add a little more for the extra shipping and handling needed to make it here?

I'm avoiding paypal. Might it be possible to BitPass you the money?

Or better yet, the Amazon.com honor system? There's a link to that from the Creative Commons site.

The offer stands to Canadians as is. And Amazon's honor payments work just fine,

Ok, I've done such! And also, I should note my buying the book doesn't imply that I haven't already read it--I have, and I enjoyed it--it's just that a signed copy would be cool. :-)

Done and more. :)

Done! Looking forward to it . . .

Is the offer open to people living in Tasmania, Australia?

Blog readers from afar are asked to adjust the donation as they see fit to account for additional costs.

Done and looking forward to some good reading...

Have been away from my computer for a while and have just read this post. Are there any copies left?

last time I checked, there were.

I'm in Australia, do I qualify?

;)

I hope there is one more left, your work has been quite a impetus for my studies, my thanks in advance

Is your $5 offer still good for a hardback copy?
