Wow, he's on a roll!

July 24, 2004 1:08 PM James Robertson:

Wake me when he notices that CNN tilts the other way. Oh, wait, that wouldn't fit the preferred story line, would it....

Does that coffee ever cool down?

(James: try stomping your foot whilst crying out in indignation: "No fair! You're supposed to turn the other cheek!")

"Wake me when he notices that CNN tilts the other way. Oh, wait, that wouldn’t fit the preferred story line, would it.…"

Nor would it fit reality except through the narrow gaze of the far right.

Wake me when he notices that CNN tilts the other way.

Please. Yes, CNN is liberally biased (we can argue to what extent).

The difference is that CNN doesn't trumpet how unbiased they are in their own logo. CNN doesn't try to squelch criticism under deliberate and egregious misreadings of copyright law. CNN doesn't pervert journalism by giving an explicit agenda with required buzzwords in daily memos. CNN doesn't verbally attack and defame interviewees in what could be described as a pathological manner.

I used to read cnn.com and foxnews.com multiple times a day. I can no longer trust the latter as I have been disgusted by their behavior on both a legal and moral level.

This isn't just about bias. This is about much more than that.
