I do think this is money being put to a good cause, individuals funding the campaigns they like, but I wonder how we can measure how much of a factor IPac really was.
5 our of 6 of IPac's candidates won, but 5 out of 6 were running for re-election. Over 90% of US Congressional candidates win reelection. Most US Congressional districts are heavily gerrymandered.
