Shloss: From the other-falling-shoe-department

So one might well wonder whether the copyright system creates sufficient incentives to avoid the bad behavior that was our target in the Shloss case, One so wondering should not forget the possibility of recovering fees, including legal fees. Here's our motion filed this week, and an Ars Technica article that describes it well.
