At 40 seconds int o the video, Obama is praised as not being like George Bush, who is abusing and shredding the constitution, and all I could really think of was Obama's vote in favor of a FISA bill that grants retro-active immunity to telecommunications companies that aided in the violation of the 4th amendment.

Obama's vote for telecomm immunity was incredibly bad. I don't think most people realize how bad it was. It is basically the same get-out-of-jail free card that corporations have always gotten from Republicans. So why did Obama vote for immunity for companies that illegally spied on Americans? I still don't understand.
